Patches aren't a single technique — chenille, applique, and full embroidery all produce very different looks, textures, and price points, even when they're covering the same size logo or number. We're actively adding more patch-specific guides, so this collection is smaller for now, but each guide below covers a real decision you'll likely face when ordering patches.

Custom patch digitizing is one of our most requested services from embroidery shops, uniform suppliers, and sports teams across the USA. Whether you need iron-on morale patches, sew-on team crests, or Velcro hook-and-loop backing for tactical and uniform gear, the digitizing file has to account for the backing type, the fabric it will sit on, and how the patch will be cut and finished (merrowed edge, laser-cut, or heat-cut). We deliver machine-ready DST, PES, and EMB patch files with clean, durable stitching that holds up to repeated washing and wear.
