These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://imageinthreads.com and any embroidery digitizing or vector artwork services ("Services") provided by Image In Threads ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order, submitting a design, or otherwise using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Our Services

Image In Threads specializes in professional embroidery digitizing and vector artwork conversion for apparel brands, promotional companies, and individual customers worldwide. Every order results in a digital file — such as DST, PES, JEF, EXP, VP3, AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF — delivered electronically. We do not manufacture, print, embroider, or ship any physical goods; our work product is limited entirely to digital files ready for your own machines or vendors.

2. Placing an Order

When you submit artwork or design details to us, you are making an offer to purchase our Services under these Terms. An order is only confirmed once we accept it and, where applicable, payment has been received. We reserve the right to decline, pause, or cancel any order at our sole discretion — for example, if the requested artwork is unclear, unlawful, infringes on third-party rights, or falls outside the scope of services we offer.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices displayed on our website or quoted to you are in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
• Full payment is required before digitizing or vector work begins, unless a separate written arrangement has been agreed upon.
• We accept payment through the methods made available at checkout or as communicated directly to you.
• Prices may be adjusted for unusually complex designs, rush requests, or large-volume orders; you will always be informed of any additional cost before we proceed.

4. Turnaround & Delivery

• Our standard turnaround time is approximately 4–12 hours from order confirmation, though this is an estimate and not a guaranteed deadline.
• Turnaround may vary based on the complexity of the design, the volume of concurrent orders, file format requested, and information you provide.
• All completed files are delivered digitally — typically via email or a secure download link. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate, monitored email address.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete instructions, unclear artwork, or delayed responses from the customer.

5. Revisions

• Reasonable, minor revisions to stitch density, sizing, placement, or color mapping are included at no additional charge.
• Requests that amount to a substantially new design, or a complete change in concept from the original brief, may be treated as a new order and billed accordingly.
• To keep your project on track, please submit any revision requests within 7 days of receiving your files. Requests made after this window may be accepted at our discretion and may involve an additional fee.

6. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us, which is why every order includes free revisions. If you are not fully satisfied with the quality, stitching, or colors of your delivered file, let us know within 2 days of delivery so we can review your feedback and make the necessary corrections at no extra cost. If, after revisions, you remain unsatisfied, we will issue a full refund. Full details of eligibility and the refund process are set out in our separate Refund Policy.

7. Ownership & Use of Files

Once payment is received in full and files are delivered, you receive the right to use the digitized or vectorized file for your own production purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that any logo, artwork, or design you submit to us does not infringe on the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party. Image In Threads accepts no liability for claims arising from artwork supplied by the customer.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide clear artwork, accurate sizing, fabric type, and any placement instructions needed to complete your order correctly.
• Respond promptly to any clarifying questions we may have, since delays on your end may affect turnaround time.
• Test digitized files on your own equipment before running a full production batch, as machine calibration and fabric type can affect final stitch-out results.

9. Limitation of Liability

Image In Threads works to deliver accurate, machine-ready files, but we cannot guarantee results on every combination of machine, thread, backing, or fabric. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost production time or lost profits.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or for legal or operational reasons. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
